We developed this fuel cell for endurance racing. Meets LDRL max fuel limitations and puts the tank in the OEM location. This is better for chassis balance and more importantly it's safer. This is a complete solution. Everything needed to install/mount the cell and be legal for all forms of motorsports is included.
The dual Bosch Motorsports pumps are intended to run once at a time for redundancy. We typically control them via PDM and trigger a pump switch with a drop in fuel pressure. This makes the transition seamless to the driver. They can also be run together if you have higher fuel flow requirements. Both pumps draw from both saddles with hydramat pick ups. The pumps will pump ALL of the fuel out of the tank!
The fill & breather system are a design we've developed over the last decade of endurance racing. Essentially this acts as a dry break system without the maintenance that's typically required (not to mention lower cost.) The Hunsaker "probe" inserts into the fill and the hose seals on the OD. The 1.5" breather allows ~5 gallons per 30 seconds and once the discriminator valve seals, breathing is shut off and stops the fill process. The breather has a filter to keep debris out the tank as well as a catch can the directs breather side fuel burps below the fill in a catch tray (external.) The system also works great with drybreaks. We've also included a standard -10 breather with rollover valve on the fill plate if you want to fill in a "conventional" manor. A -10 balance tube for the saddles is also included.
Optional Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator and Injector Dynamics filter are available. We mount these inside of the enclosure to the fill plate and have an access panel for servicing the fuel filter & regulator. A -06 hardline can be run from the enclosure to the firewall with a soft line going to the rail from there. The deadhead system is very simple and light. Makes for a simple, compact and lightweight fuel system.
And all the mounting hardware needed for installation. Cell mounts to OE points, seat pan vertical surface and floor pan. Top surface has 4 bosses to allow additional mounts to roll cage.

Enclosed w/Regulator; this is our complete package and includes an Aeromotive FPR, Injector Dynamics cartridge style fuel filter and Brown & Miller hoses to a -06 bulkhead connector on the enclosure.
