A message from the Arcflash family:
We are a small company and wanted to reach out to our friends and customers with some information about the shop.These are tough times and everyone has been affected by Covid-19, we're no exception. The phone lines went from ringing all day long to 1-2 calls per day and many of our scheduled projects were postponed. Over the past week things have been picking back up but one thing that struck us was a significant amount of surprise that we're still open, running and doing what we do best. It's not business as usual, though, we're taking this seriously and have enacted new shop rules until the coast is clear. First: we are doing ALL of the work we normally do from dyno tuning to race fabrication to service work. However, for our safety and yours the showroom and customer waiting area are temporarily closed. Customers may drop off vehicles and pick them up once complete. I know a lot of folks like to watch dyno sessions but we can't risk your health or the health of our families. That said, we're happy to record dyno tuning sessions for customers. Next we're sanitizing vehicle surfaces when they arrive as well as when we finish our work. Our employees are maintaining safe distances per CDC recommendations. To the customers that have been going out of their way to get us their projects to work on we can't thank you enough. Without you there would be no us. We're all in this together and we're going to get through it.
